Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Netherlands Only)

Au Vodka Ltd ("Au Vodka") will accept returns for any unused items delivered within the Netherlands only, within 14 days of receiving them.
Customers should retain evidence of the items having been sent to Au Vodka. No refund will be made if the items are not received by Au Vodka and no such evidence is available.

At this time, customers must contact our Customer Services team to begin the return process.
We are currently working towards introducing a dedicated shipping returns portal soon, which will provide:

•⁠  ⁠Local drop-off points

 

Returns for Germany, France, Denmark, Austria & Belgium

Please note that all sales are final for orders delivered outside the Netherlands.
We do not accept returns for undamaged or unwanted items in:

•⁠  ⁠Germany
•⁠  ⁠France
•⁠  ⁠Denmark
•⁠  ⁠Austria
•⁠  ⁠Belgium

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items
If your products arrive defective, damaged, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact Customer Services immediately, highlighting the issue and including a photo where possible.
If any items are missing from your order, please also contact Customer Services so we can investigate and assist.
